Scope and Contents: This five-year, green-pebbled clasped diary measures 4 X 5. The anonymous female diarist begins her entries on Jan. 1, 1935, and writes irregularly until Dec. 31, 1936. The entries, featuring her daily functions at home and school, are routine, chronicling such activities as sleighing, homework, church attendance, shopping, tennis playing, instrument practice, etc... Many pages are blank.
